I am a lifelong resident of Saint Clair County and love to call it my home! I grew up in Springville, graduated, went to college and met my husband of ten years, Justin, at church. We have two dogs, Molly- a beagle and Dixie- a miniature schnauzer. I enjoy Alabama football, good coffee, baking, photography, kayaking, camping, reading and spending time with my friends and family (my nephew Brooks especially)! In the past, I've held many different kinds of jobs including that of a waitress, barista, cafeteria worker, medical biller, cook, homeschool teacher and youth minister. However, I have always wanted to be an elementary teacher and am so thankful that God has placed me at MAES. I look forward to impacting my students' lives in a positive way, just as I know they'll impact mine.
